Okej, något är på gång men inte säger det mycket...
Hi,After ~3 months I did finally receive my package.
I connected the system to make a testrun on the bench before mounting it on my RC plane.
Video was not good, bad range and so on.
I opened the transmitter and took a look at it.
Please look at the image I shot of it, http://postimage.org/image/iqo7yoaf3/
The printed inductor just under the LED display has probably been damaged in assembly and instead of trashing the board it was "fixed" with a blob of solder. This alters the inductanse and the resonant frequency of that coil and that leads to a misstuned transmitter.
I removed the solder blob with my solder wick to see if the inductor was damaged and it sure was. The cupper foil was badly twisted, loose from the board and had broken of in one place.
I also noticed a capacitor was incorrectly placed just to the right of the printed inductor in the center of the image.
The capacitor is supposed to connect to the center of that inductor, and the track it is currently soldered to. As it is now the caps right leg just sits on the solder mask with no connection to anything.
Can you send me a new transmitter? I feel this transmitter is badly put together and would not pass a QC as it works very bad.
Please help me out!
PS. The receiver looks good and works fine with my older 800mW system from you, only the transmitter is bad.
