Beställde för några veckor sedan lite prylar från HK international warehouse. Fastnade i status "paid processeing". Efter kontakt med kundsupport fick jag följande svar:

We can no longer use HK Post (International Air Mail) for shipping. In order for us to continue processing your order, we would like to suggest the following options:1. Change the shipping method of your order. Please be informed that we may require you to settle the amount if ever there is a shipping difference.
2. Cancel the whole order and reorder from your local warehouse.

I princip blir det rätt ointressant att fortsätta handla från HK om skeppningskostnaden blir för hög. Vidare så är sortimentet från Europa lagret rätt begränsat. Är detta en ny erfarenhet eller har det hänt förut? /Pelle
