Parcel problems

My heli arrive in stockholm but it showed "Stockholm utr,Sverige, Under tullbehandling hos Posten A" for many days. I send them many email to both posten and custom arlanda for several days but no reply at all. I called them, they just said wait and no exact solution to this. Anyone had similar experiences? What can I do to get my parcel as earliest as possible?
